In June, 2011 we launched the Pure Food Kids workshop to 12 classes in New York.  It was a wonderful experience and with the opening of our parent comany’s store (Beecher’s Handmade Cheese) in Manhattan we hope to take off with the same success we have achieved in the Pacific Northwest!
